Terms & Conditions

These are the terms and conditions under which we provide you with information, products and other services on our websites, www.3dwinesexperience.com / www.3dwines.com. These terms and conditions, the site, its content, the provision of 3D Wines services and all use of the site and services shall be governed by English law. By accessing this site you agree to these terms and conditions. Please note that you will be referred to as ‘Partner’ in this agreement.


Services Offered


3D Wines operates a vineyard membership scheme. Membership entitles members to buy wine (via 3D Wines) at a special price, from the vineyard/s to which they are affiliated. This wine can be collected from the vineyard/s, from a collection point near Calais, or delivered to the UK (mainland only). There is no obligation to buy any wine offered, but should members choose to do so, the minimum purchase is 12 standard bottles (9 litres); any maximum purchase is specified with each offer.


The memberships and subsequent purchases of wine are separate transactions. No title attaches to any part of any vineyard in which memberships are arranged.


Members are encouraged to visit their chosen vineyard/s, and a comprehensive hotel booking service is provided to assist in this process. 3D Wines also organises a number of exclusive events, about which all members are notified.


Additional offers of other wines (for UK delivery only) are made periodically.


Membership of the scheme includes the mailing of our Newsletter (twice a year), which provides information on our events, special offer wines and other information we feel is of interest to our members. Members may also receive information on related 3rd party products and services, including specially negotiated discounts and benefits. Only 3D Wines will send you this information.




By placing an order with 3D Wines you are confirming that you are 18 or older. It is illegal for us to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18.


3D Wines will assume that any orders are placed legally. We reserve the right not to accept any order.




Delivery of any gift box or pack is normally by post and the pack is despatched in time to reach the recipient on or before the date required. ‘Special delivery’ service is normally available at extra cost.


Delivery of wine in the UK is handled by independent carriers whose delivery service covers England, Wales and mainland Scotland. Anticipated delivery dates are indicated with each offer, and deliveries will normally be made during normal working hours on Monday to Friday. If this delivery period is not suitable, it may be possible to make arrangements for an alternative day or time at no extra cost.


Carriers will normally attempt to deliver the wine twice, after which arrangements must be made directly with them for a convenient delivery day, which may involve members paying additional charges. If the carriers are unable to deliver the wine within a reasonable period, it will be returned to 3D Wines.


For members collecting their wine in France, the delivery date is deemed to be the earliest date on which the wine is available for collection.


All purchased wine for collection at the vineyard must be collected within 18 months of the purchase date. 3D Wines cannot accept responsibility for any wine after 18 months.




All membership prices shown are inclusive of UK VAT.


All guide wine prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT. Wine price may vary due to exchange rate differences at the time the wine is released. 3D Wines will advise members with the final prices when the wine becomes available.


All transactions are processed in Sterling.




We will provide a refund for any wines that are faulty. We may require faulty bottles to be returned to us and we will arrange this as necessary at your convenience. Should any wine be unsuitable for any other reason, we will endeavour to replace the wine with an acceptable alternative of equal or better value. This does not affect your statutory rights.


Cancellations and Complaints


New memberships may be cancelled within 7 days of the order date, or at any time prior to the start date and a refund of the membership value will be offered.


If a membership is cancelled at any time up to 1 month after the rental start date, a refund may be offered, subject to an administration charge of £20. Refunds for cancellations more than 1 month after the rental start date will not normally be available.


If the Gift Pack included the gift box, wine, tasting glass, notebook and pen, this will be deemed to have a value (the value will vary depending on the value of wine) which will not be refunded.


Gift Vouchers are not normally refundable, but in exceptional circumstances a refund may be offered; in which case the Gift Vouchers must be returned to us.


Wine orders cancelled at least 48 hours prior to despatch will incur no charge, and any monies paid will be refunded in full.  Any cancellations after this time may be subject to an administration fee.

All complaints will be acknowledged within 2 working days and we will endeavour to resolve the matter as soon as possible. Each complaint will be treated as confidential.
